HELLO. HELLO. HELLO.

Years ago I was incredibly unfit, unwell and unmotivated to do anything about it. I would drink heavily on an almost daily basis, smoke and eat a diet of mostly uncooked food because I had no knowledge of how to eat well.

Whenever I would try to exit this life and, to start with, lose some unhealthy weight I would be presented with diet and exercise regimes that just weren't sustainable.

One was quite literally just unseasoned chicken breast and cottage cheese.

Nothing else. Just the chicken and cottage cheese. On top of going to the gym 2 hours a day.

Safe to say that plan lasted 1 day. But I've seen hundreds just like it that don't fit anyone with any sort of responsibilities or life that they want or need to live.

Fast forward to 2019 and I had to do SOMETHING. I had to find something that would stick. I was getting out of breath walking 2 minutes to the pub. I'd have to sit down to catch my breath half way.

So on New Years, welcoming in 2019, I decided to make a small, manageable, change.

I decided to run a mile a day. One single mile. Every day. No matter how long it took me I just wanted to do SOMETHING that was health promoting.

Something small. Something manageable. Something I could fit in to my day no matter how busy it got.

Fast forward 5 years and I've since run 10ks, lost 20kgs and taken that same mentality into resistance training and functional fitness. I also coach others to execute the same and achieve the same results.

I also have a family now. I have a wife and a kid. I work. I don't have time to spend hours a day in the gym. But I have to stay fit for them.

And that's why I've decided to build BRIDGES.

To help the others in the same boat as me. To help you get fitter, healthier, stronger, happier in as little time as possible.

Oh. And have fun doing it, too.

"I'll wing it..."

You, probably, about something you definitely shouldn't 'wing'.

I've been there. Tried winging it. Got stuck. Regressed. You know how it goes.

Winging it rarely works. And it has less chance of working when you're on your own. That's why an online community like BRIDGES is here to help you stay accountable, stay successful, and get you through the hard times where you would normally just throw in the towel. I've built fool-proof systems and programs - both for in the gym and for at home, for strength training and for muscle building, for sustainable weight-loss and weight-gain - that I guarantee will get you success.

And I've now taken that successful one on one system and distilled it into more digestible program for the BRIDGES community.

Jumping in will literally be the best decision you make.

Don't wait to live your best life. Don't wait to jump on another fad diet or regime.

Join the BRIDGES community and make long lasting, sustainable, change.

And have a tonne of fun whilst you're at it, too.
