I'm Robert Moir, a Hampshire-based health and fitness coach. I specialise in simplifying the often complex 'evidence-based' training and nutrition world. Creating an environment where appropriate health and fitness information is more accessible for my clients.

I started my business right around the pandemic, I have had success training hundreds of people individually around the world, including a large amount of busy executive clients. Helping them to reintroduce self-care into their busy lives.

​

Studies have shown that work-place and home demands have started to rise faster than we can manage. Causing an increase in work-related stress and personal health problems. Spending more and more time living with chronic stress is increasing the populations chances of developing Coronary Heart Disease, Cancer and Obesity. 

​

Workplaces are struggling to both cater for workers wellbeing and recoup their losses following a cacophony of global challenges.

 

Taking care of ones mental and physical wellbeing is more important than ever whilst we all navigate increasingly stressful and uncertain times. More often than not when free time is limited, positive habits such as healthy eating and physical activity are abandoned for more convenient fast food and sedentary activities.

What I do is work with busy individuals to reintroduce health promoting habits into their lives. So they can return to investing in their health for themselves, their family and their workplace. 

​

My methods are prescriptive in nature, but include nutrition advice, home and/or gym programming, general self-care and more. 

​

I can work on an individual or group basis. Personal or corporate.

       PERSONAL TRAINING

 

An experienced Personal Trainer I enjoy getting to know my clients and building personalised, enjoyable, programs that help them to meet their health and fitness goals. 

​

I myself particularly enjoy working with free-weights. A lot of my own personal programs involve a lot of barbell work. However I also enjoy building programs that incorporate a lot of resistance training modalities such as kettlebells, resistance machines and resistance bands. 

​

Whether your goals are strength or body recomp, or can only workout at home instead of the gym, I am certain we can build something that fits your available equipment, time or goals.

            NUTRITION

 

Dieting is always an interesting subject. These days there seems to be 1000 different diets advertised as the be all and end all for health and weight management goals. 

​

I myself believe in the freedom of choice. As a self described 'nutrition-nerd' I've spent 1000s of hours studying the subject and have come up with the following conclusion: all diets, and no diet, are the best. 

​

I take a diet neutral approach to my coaching. I never push a particular way of eating. Other than to insist it's balanced, health promoting and sustainable. 

​

However, what that looks like to one person will be different to another. 

            CORPORATE 

 

One-on-one coaching may not be possible for everyone. 

​

But as I believe the messaging of work-related stress management, wellbeing and self care is an important one I am able to conduct a number of talks or group training sessions. 

​

Onsite training, webinars or group personal training sessions are available. 

​
