WHY BRIDGES?
BRIDGES was born because there didn't seem to be anything else like it.
​
As a new dad and a busy worker I struggled to find workouts and programs that fit my needs. And when it came to my personal training clients I noticed there was a similar story with them too.
​
Unless you were a 20 something bodybuilding or powerlifting enthusiast with 3 hours a day to spare there just wasn't a community for you.
​
So I decided to make it.
​
Something inclusive. Positive. Encouraging. Educational. Fun.
​
Depending on the needs of my newborn, or family, or work, I wanted to know I still had a program to access that fit my time, schedule and circumstances.
​
I dont have 3 hours a day to go to the gym.
​
Some days I barely have 30 minutes a week.
​
And I know I'm not alone.
